Interested in applying?

Once you have made the decision to sign your child up for the Smart Start program you will need to do the following:

Complete a full registration package for the school.

  • In addition to the registration package for the school, you will need to fill out this registration form.  Registration for the program will close November 30th, 2017.
  • Familiarize yourself with the minimum system requirements for the BYOD component of the program which can be found on our website at (in the “About” section).
  • In addition to the regular student activity fee for the school, provide three post-dated cheques in the amount of $100.00 each made payable to St. Elizabeth CHS dated February 1st, April 1st and June 1st, 2018 to cover the cost of your child’s resume-building Young Innovator Certification Program through Future Design School.

*Please note that space in the program is limited and registrations will be taken on a first come, first served basis.   The option of both an Applied and Academic cohort are subject to availability.
