Project FLOW seeks to leverage the strengths of our Generation Z students. This group of students uses technology to access experts and information in ways like never before. Generation Z is the most informed, evolved and empathetic generation in history. Hence, for them, technology, community and education are inseparable.
The framework for the Education and Career / Life Planning Program is a four-step inquiry process that encourages students to explore, assess and reassess their knowledge of self, opportunities, goals and plans by creating their own Individual Pathways Plan (or IPP). This is St. Elizabeth’s interpretation and implementation of the IPP at our school.
